What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Free courier within New Zealand and standard postage worldwide. If you would like tracked international postage please contact us.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All customers that have a product couriered to them will receive a tracking number, generally the product should arrive within 4 business days. International postage can vary depending on the local post companies but should arrive within 21 working days. If you are concerned about your products shipment, please contact us.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do, all orders include free standard international postage, however, if you would like your product tracked please contact us.
Are there any customs or duties?
Customs policies vary from country to country and you, or the recipient of your book, may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any customs fees are payable upon delivery. If you are unsure about whether these charges may apply to your order, please contact the local customs authority in the destination where your order is being shipped to. We go out of our way to keep all of your information secure by using third parties to process payments and keep all of your details encrypted on our site.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Browse through the shop section and select a product you would like to customise. Our Design Studio will open and you can begin to create. If you aren’t sure how to you the Design Studio check out our How To page.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you will need to create an account to import any images into our Design Space.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once your order has been paid for, unfortunately, it may be to late to cancel or change your order. Please send us a message on the Contact Us page and we will work with you to rectify the issue as best we can.
How Do I Track My Order?
If you have ordered within NZ you will automatically be sent tracking details once your product has been made and is with the courier.
How Can I Return a Product?
If your purchase isn’t right due to our mistake (such as a defect in the workmanship or damage incurred in transit) please notify us via email to hello@kqc.co.nz within ten (10) days and we will replace it as soon as we are able, at no further cost to you. Please include your order number in that email message and, where possible, attach a digital photograph as evidence of the defect or damage.
If you’re not happy with your purchase due to your own error, such as a spelling mistake or if you’ve used images below our recommended resolution, we’re happy to help you fix it and share the cost of a replacement. In such cases, we may ask that you return the item and we can arrange for a reprint at 50% of the normal retail price.
